It looks that no picture was actually attached.
Normally, however, the poor night-time performance or over-saturation is caused by overexposure to IR reflection from nearby objects – like walls, roofs or other flat (especially metal) surfaces.
What you can try is to re-position the camera, narrow the field of view to what you are actually interested in. Because this model uses a fixed lens – the easiest option is likely to angle it away from such surfaces if possible.
