Hey Dahren
I’ve tried to Google you error code and could not find any info, so my recommendation below are therefore, unfortunately, more generic.
That said, there can be quite a few causes for that. Just a few that spring to mind:
How do you supply power? These camera models use PoE+, so if you use PoE, then you need at least PoE+ injectors / switch or NVRs. Given that your cameras are working at all, presumably that is not the issue.
The second thing is that if you power your cameras by a PoE+ switch, make sure that the power budget is sufficient to power both of them at the same time. Each camera draws around 18W, so the total budget of your PoE switch should therefore be at least around 40W.
Are the cable lengths not too long? PoE typically cannot go beyond 80-90 meters without the loss of signal power.
Are the cables intact / non-damaged?
If none of the above works – come back and I can investigate this further. I would need a bit more details- perhaps you could send me a copy of the log?
That is really helpful! I was actually typing a response back to say that none of the recommendations helped as I had checked all of those things before and then I was like, “hey I did not actually check the Switch budget that I use” and that was the issue. I left just one camera running for a few days and not a single error NOW!
Thanks so much!
