The QNV-7010R camera is a 4MP outdoor network IR vandal-resistant dome camera which uses H.265 compression and unique WiseStream bandwidth efficiency technology, a complementary compression technology which dynamically controls encoding, balancing quality and compression according to movement in the image.
The QNV-7010R camera uses True Wide Dynamic Range, Defocus Detection, Hallway View and Lens Distortion Correction, to deliver optimised images in every situation.
Defocus Detection is available on all models recognises when a camera is out of focus. The focus of Wisenet Q 4MP models equipped with a varifocal lens can also be adjusted over the network to reduce installation time.
Hallway View provides a highly effective way to monitor narrow vertical areas such as corridors, tunnels and aisles. It enables cameras which can generate images in the 9:16 x 3:4 aspect ratio, to work effectively in tall and narrow spaces, with the added bonus of minimising bandwidth and video storage requirements.
Lens Distortion Correction (LDC) compensates for the image distortion that can occur with wide angle lenses.
Motion and tamper detection, PoE/DC dual power and on board edge based storage options, including NAS or 128GB micro SD, SDHC and SDXC, all add to flexibility and user-friendliness of the WiseNet Q series of cameras and domes which have collectively been designed to provide a competitively priced video surveillance for banks, retail, offices, transport and a wide range of other applications.
Power over Ethernet simplifies connectivity by delivering power and data transmission over one cable. The camera is ONVIF-compliant for Profile S and G, making it compatible with a wide range of surveillance devices. It is housed in an IP66-and IK10-rated metal enclosure suitable for outdoor use.
Various video motion detection alarms can be configured to alert users of possible incidents in real-time. These alarms can also be set to trigger microSD card recording and inform users of activity via email notification. Built-in alarm and audio I/O ports allow the connection of external devices that can help to enhance alarm signalling or enable features such as one-way audio.
